Kingfisher Pool

The largest of the three waters at an acre in size, there are two spacious wood chipped swims with a maximum party size of four anglers at any one time. 

There are 35 stocked fish from VS, Front Fish UK and Carp 4 Restocking ensuring no two fish look the same, and each are very much photo-worthy. With an average size of 18-20lb but with careful feeding and stock management, each of the carp are packing on weight. The current largest resident is a mirror aptly named Tank and comes out just over 31lb. None of the fish give themselves up easily and this is one venue that will certainly get you thinking and stealth is very much a skill needed to outwit these tricky carp. 

Depths range from 3ft to 15ft, creating a varied array of hot spots to target. From shallow marginal clearings at the far end to deep silt depressions at the outlet, there are also two islands which break the venue up ensuring every angler has their own water to fish. There is a mixture of weed throughout the venue including Canadian pondweed and blanket weed, that provide a wide array of natural food the carp adore accounting for their rapid growth rates.
